Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care techniques.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
  • Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an infusion or critical care setting
  • Proficient in IV insertion, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of infection control practices
  • Ability to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Duties:

  • Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

Pre/Post Op Registered Nurse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pre/Post Op Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Pre/Post Op Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist in the coordination of patient care plans. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.

Duties

  • Monitor patients in recovery and through their discharge.
  • Provide patient education on conditions, procedures, and recovery.
  • Patient intake, and EMR documentation.
  • Perform lab controls, collection of specimens, lab testing and charting, and monitoring lab area.
  • Assist with phone triage, patient messages, medication refills, and prior authorizations.
  • Post op calls to surgery/procedure patients.
  • Assist with facility upkeep and cleaning responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with the medical team on post-operative patient care and facilitating timely specialized interventions.
  • Assist with other various tasks associated with position responsibilities.
  • Experience as PACU Nurse is preferred.

Requirements
  • Valid nursing license in MN
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and medical documentation
  • Experience working in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center setting preferred
  • Familiarity with workers compensation laws and regulations is an asset
